Intology Tech Return Policy

  • Time Frame for Returns: Customers can return products within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition and unused. Items not in this condition will not be accepted for return. This is only applicable to new items.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Return Process (defective and remorse): To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will send you a label to download and print to attach to the product to be returned by mail.

  • Return fees: We do not charge a return fee for any defective product; however, if the product is not received in the regional condition/packaging, then a fee will be charged. If the wrong product was ordered, then the customer is responsible to cover the shipping cost.
